We all know we have flaws and weaknesses (no matter how much we would rather deny them). But instead of feeling shame and trying to hide them, why not put them out in the light for the world to see?
Hehe yeah, I know that sounds crazy, but if you do this, you will allow God’s strength and power to be displayed through you.
Through our faults, we learn to rely more and more on God, because we realise that we can’t do life in our own strength. We survive, no…We flourish in life through Christ.
People will see this…they will see how we turn to God, how we trust Him. Don’t be afraid to ask for help, especially from God.
“We now have this light shining in our hearts, but we ourselves are like fragile clay jars containing this great treasure. This makes it clear that our great power is from God, not from ourselves.” Corinthians 4:7
“Each time he said, “My grace is all you need. My power works best in weakness.” So now I am glad to boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ can work through me. That’s why I take pleasure in my weaknesses, and in the insults, hardships, persecutions, and troubles that I suffer for Christ. For when I am weak, then I am strong.” Corinthians 12:9-10
